ITS NOT McDonalds Its US we take moutains of food we goble it up then consum more!!!!thats why we are FAT F-A-T like Antiey May and Shania.We need to take smaller portion like in Euope.They give you a good portion of everything.Fast food is ik once in awhile but not every day.And we need to take a little of every thing and cut down on meat,grease,artafical sweeterners and trans fat+carbs and salty foods and sugery drinks like soda and sour candies.And stop waisting things.I know some VERRY FAT they need corum made clothing and shoes.
